These Terms and Conditions form a part of Australian Institute of Applied Mindfulness enrolment /purchase agreement with you and apply to all courses, retreats, certification programs, training, keynotes, master-classes, services and products from Australian Institute of Applied Mindfulness and through Australian Institute of Applied Mindfulness staff and associates

Purchases
COURSE, RETREAT AND CERTIFICATION PROGRAM ENROLMENTS/PURCHASES
are confirmed upon receipt of the full fee, or a deposit as agreed in writing with Australian Institute of Applied Mindfulness.
TAX INVOICE/RECEIPT
will be automatically sent by email when participants register and pay online. Please contact us if you have not received a receipt, or have paid for a course, retreat or certification program by another method (E.g. direct deposit or payment plan), and we will email you a receipt. Please print this off and keep for your records.
KEYNOTE AND IN-HOUSE TRAINING BOOKINGS ARE CONFIRMED
with a 50% non-refundable deposit, payable by credit card online or by phone, cheque, or direct debit. Balance of the fee must be paid in full one week before training/keynote starts.
PRODUCTS – BOOKS, CDs, DVDs
will usually be sent within 7 working days after payment has been made in full. If you haven’t received your order within 12 working days, please contact us!

Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY FOR COURSES, RETREATS AND CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS
Course, retreat and certification program registrations are non-refundable, though we offer credit. You can reschedule or substitute another person in your place, or use your credit toward other courses, retreats or certification program within the year.
For Courses: You are welcome to reschedule your booking at a reschedule fee of $90 plus any additional costs incurred (minimal if any)
For Retreats: You are welcome to reschedule your booking at a reschedule fee of $150 plus additional costs incurred – these total approximately $1000 for 5 day retreats and $2500 for 10 day retreats. Venue/accommodation/catering bookings are made months in advance and often can not be cancelled.

REFUND POLICY FOR PRODUCTS
We offer a 30 day replacement period for faulty products. Please email mind@theaiam.com.au within 1 month of receiving the product.
REFUND POLICY FOR KEYNOTES AND IN-HOUSE TRAINING
More than 4 weeks’ notice incurs the forfeiture of your deposit (usually 50%). If you have paid the full fee, we will refund 50% of it.
2-4 Weeks’ notice will incurs the forfeiture of your deposit (usually 50%). If you have paid the full fee, we will refund 25% of it.
Under 2 Weeks’ notice full fee is payable with no refund.

FEES
are non-refundable. To receive the super early bird, or early bird rate, all fees must be paid in full prior to the specified cutoff date. To receive the regular rate, all course, retreat and certification program fees must be paid in full prior to the event commencement date.
CREDIT
will ONLY be given for enrolments completed within a year of the original course or retreat dates (NB. if there are no further courses in your area you may need to travel in order to redeem the credit).
FAILURE TO ATTEND
an event in which you are enrolled will mean your enrolment is forfeited.
Event Changes
We want you to be delighted with your Australian Institute of Applied Mindfulness experience, however sometimes circumstances change.
EVENT CHANGES
Australian Institute of Applied Mindfulness reserves the right to change event dates, venue, speaker, presenter or hours if for any reason it deems it necessary. In this event, Australian Institute of Applied Mindfulness is not liable to issue a refund or compensation for course fees, accommodation, airfares or other associated costs.
EVENT CANCELLATION
Australian Institute of Applied Mindfulness may cancel an event if for any reason its management deems it necessary to do so. In this case Australian Institute of Applied Mindfulness will refund, or hold in credit, the total fee you have paid for the enrolment/training. Australian Institute of Applied Mindfulness will not be liable for accommodation, airfares or other associated costs.
Certification
The Australian Institute of Applied Mindfulness can only issue a certificate of completion to those who have completed the whole course or retreat. If you need to miss some part of your course or retreat, contact our program coordinator to see if it is possible to catch up during another training.
